Anti-Property Confiscation Training Sept. 27th

This evening I’ll be running an anti-property confiscation training in the Tenderloin. This will be a training on filing claims on behalf of unhoused people that have seen their property wrongfully confiscated by the Department of Public Works and SFPD. This will be the first event in preparation for a Blitz in October. The first two weeks of October, those trained will be going out in groups to interview unhoused people and help them file declarations to help build a case with the Coalition on Homelessness and Bay Area Legal to pressure the city to change their practices of destroying homeless people’s property. Come learn how to file a claim and get plugged into our campaign to fight the criminalization of unhoused people!
